A Love Letter to our Guests

“Heya! Here’s the cat that’s been much talked about. Haha”

— Andrew’s first text to Grace, 2021

“I will marry the guy who brings me to Publico”

— Grace to her friends, sometime back in 2020.
In 2021, Andrew planned Grace’s birthday dinner at Publico, not knowing it had long been her favourite.

Grace & Andrew

An open love letter to you

Sometime in 2021, our paths crossed, Grace & Andrew (that’s us! hehe). Nothing dramatic or cinematic, just drinks, food, and really long conversations. The kind that didn’t feel like anything at the time, but somehow, it became everything.

Since then, life’s taken us through quite a bit. From skiing trips, random adventures, job changes, and all the in-between moments where we were just figuring things out as we went. And honestly, a lot of that didn’t just happen with just the two of us… you were there too. In different ways, at different points, but always part of it.

We didn’t just find each other, we found more of what makes life feel full. The families who raised us. The friends who showed up, whether it was something big or just being around. The ones who kept the group chats alive with chaotic memes, sharing videos at ungodly hours, cooked meals for us, gave real advice, and sometimes told us what we needed to hear (even when we didn’t want to hear it).

Our lives are just… better because you’re in them, the people who’ve been part of our story, in ways you might not even realise.

We’re really excited to have you spend an evening with us. And one day, when we’re old and wrinkly, flipping through photos, we know this will be one of those moments we’ll come back to and remember that you were there.

Thank you for being part of our lives.

See you at dinner!
